I’ve worked in creative spaces since 2016, starting with photography and eventually finding my way to stained glass, with plenty of other creative projects along the way.
Even though my background is in technology, creativity has always been a constant for me. I’ve found that the two sides of my brain actually work pretty well together.
I love traditional art forms and techniques, but I’m always looking for ways to put a modern spin on them. Whether that means designing digitally before picking up a piece of glass, experimenting with new tools and processes, or finding a better way to bring an idea to life, there’s usually a little problem-solving mixed in with the creating.
Today, Blonde Creative Co brings all those interests together... photography, stained glass, design, and whatever creative opportunity comes next!
Life Beyond the Studio
Outside of the studio, I’m endlessly curious and usually have something new that’s caught my interest. Whether that means picking up another hobby, going down a completely unnecessary research rabbit hole, or deciding I can probably figure out how to make something myself, I’m happiest when there’s something new to learn or try!
Military life with my husband and our pups has taken us all over the country, most recently bringing us to Maryland. I'm equal parts "let's stay home" and “let's go out”, just as happy curled up with a good book as I am exploring somewhere new, my camera probably coming along for the ride!
